Natural Cormo Combed Top

Price range: $6.00 through $71.00

Our Natural Cormo Combed Top is a fine, soft wool sourced from trusted small-farm partners in Maryland whose care and quality we value. Cormo is known for its staple length and versatility, with micron counts typically ranging from 17–23, making it soft enough to wear next to the skin while still performing beautifully for felting (great for core!) and spinning.

This combed top drafts easily and works well for a wide range of projects. Spun worsted, it produces smooth lace and fingering-weight yarns ideal for openwork and fine details. Spun woolen, it creates a fuller yarn well suited to sweaters, hats, and cozy accessories. Natural Cormo is also a favorite among dyers, as it takes color cleanly and evenly for clear, vibrant results.

Available in 1 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz (½ lb), and 1 lb increments.
