How Do I Return a Fiber Product?
We understand that purchasing fiber online can feel uncertain, and we want you to feel confident and supported every step of the way. We’re happy to work with you to find a fiber that better suits your preferences.
If you are ultimately unsatisfied, let us know. Refunds are available, less shipping and credit card processing fees. Our goal is simple: we want our fiber to bring you joy and inspiration—never stress.
How Do I Return a Spinning Wheel, e-Spinner, or Other Equipment?
Rental Wheels and e-Spinners
If you have rented a spinning wheel and need to cancel your rental, please contact us at info [at] akerllc [dot] com or 603-306-1144. We will personally guide you through the return shipping process and ensure your cancellation is completed promptly so that monthly payments are stopped. All rentals must be shipped using their original Ashford Box, not just the carry case.
Purchased Wheels and e-Spinners
If your rented spinning wheel arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info [at] akerllc [dot] com or 603-306-1144. Please do not return the wheel to Aker Fiber Farm without first reaching out. We will work with you to assess the issue and determine the best next steps—whether that means repair, replacement, or a refund.
