Our hand dyed corriedale combed top is a luscious soft, squishy, fun spin from our own NH Grown flock.  Soft enough to wear next to the skin or easy to felt. Our microns routinely come back lower than 30 microns.

This fiber is great for spinning, especially beginners, and felting. Spun worsted it makes killer lace and fingering yarns for open work (lace) and socks without the need for nylon. Spun woolen it creates a full yarn perfect for sweaters, boot socks, and shurgs.

Each hand dyed ball weighs four ounces or 1/4 pound.

Aker Fiber Farm is a small New Hampshire based farm with pure corriedale lines. Our fibers are all hand dyed corriedale combed top  in small batches which give them their unique design and the reason we sell in small quantities.
